Abstract：The paper took the original innovation process of enterprise's university-industry cooperation as a subject of study.After summarizing classic foreign innovation process models, it modeled the innovation process based on the System Theory.The model included the selection process, the operation process, the performance evaluation process and the system evolution process.The model described the innovation process as a dynamic, open and super-circulation system, which was applicable to enterprise's original innovation and its sustainable innovation.The SOEE model not only perfected the innovation process with its integrity and systematization, but also provided guidance and basis for original innovation of university-industry collaboration.
