Abstract：Philosophy of science communication has diffused in recent years. Social media and new information technology give great new chances for science culture and science soul. On the background of social media researchers have studied many vital factors affecting public understanding and participation of science. We studied their research contents and ideas; as a result we also draw the outline of the basic research frame and paradigm for science communication and give many direction for future research and practice application in China.
