Abstract：Incubation organization innovation is an important mechanism to promote new business growth.It identifies four incubation organization model:social incubation,enterprise incubation,public incubation and idea incubation.It outlines the essence of entrepreneurial incubation from the perspective of value network,and builds a simple theoretical model to reveal the internal logic of organization model innovation of entrepreneurial incubation.Entrepreneurial incubation has become the most important microscopic economic activities in innovation economy.We must understand and promote the innovation of incubation organization model from a broader perspective.
