Abstract：In order to examine the effect of some factors on the cooperation action among the partners in a High-tech virtual enterprise (HTVE) under uncertain circumstances,the partners were classified to two kinds of investment-dominant and learning ability-dominant,and then a multi-stage dynamic gaming model was constructed by integrating the theories of transaction cost,gaming and resource dependence to analyze the interactive process of the cooperation tactics choice of the partners in the lifecycle of a HTVE.Results indicate that the two kinds of partners rely on each other when choosing optimal cooperation tactics.The uncertainty of economic environment,cooperation stage and the value of relative variables comprehensively determine the cooperation tactics and the equilibrium results.However,the manners in which relative factors affect the cooperation tactics choice of the two kinds of partners have differences.
