Abstract：This paper studied the value-oriented cloud manufacturing ERP of manufacturer,which is based on the analysis of management of PSS and EPSS being the value management of cloud manufacturing for manufacturer.This study on new ERP frame includes two parts.Firstly,the connotation of ERP subsystem for PSS,the cornerstone of servitization-oriented ERP,was clarified based on the influence of product lifecycle management on ERP and of PSS management on ERP.Secondly,based on the analysis that the integrated strategic performance measurement system,EPSS endosymbiosis,and EPSS endosymbiosis can deal with the value management puzzle,it put forward ERP system for EPSS management as the value-oriented cloud manufacturing ERP system of manufacturer.
