Abstract：Based on the analysis of several evaluation systems on public S& T platform, this study studies the adaptability of performance prism. The KPI is screen out using hierarchy structure on account of the logical relationship of performance prism's 5 dimensions from the overall satisfaction degree. The paper establishes the mathematical model to construct indexes system and measure the progress of performance. On the basis of the model, the paper analyzes the results by importing actual data. The quantitative results show the performance of public S& T platform
