Abstract：The status of petroleum in the energy structure is increasing day by day. Oil foreign-related enterprises in China with“opening” process, will encounter various social wind. This kind of risks to overseas operation personnel and foreign enterprise have greatly harm. We establish a system of oil foreign-related enterprises social risk evaluation index system using the method of literature analysis and expert discussions.
