Abstract：Based on the plight of social welfare and access to livelihood technology in China's aging population, the paper elaborates the concept and its connotation. It analyzes the current situation and demands confronted by elderly welfare science and technology. In accordance with the analysis and summaries, this paper presents specific suggestions on establishment of an innovative system and supporting policies of China's elderly welfare science and technology
