Abstract:Knowledge is the key resource for new ventures to acquire competitiveness. Knowledge sharing is becoming the focus in academy, especially for entrepreneurial team. This paper integrates social capital, knowledge socialization and knowledge sharing into one framework and gets the following results via 317 samples from new ventures. The results show: Social capital has positive effect on knowledge socialization and knowledge sharing and knowledge socialization has effect on knowledge sharing; Knowledge socialization plays a mediating role between social capital and knowledge sharing
