Abstract：On the basis of systematically studies of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation funds, the paper establishes an new performance evaluation system which is fit for the agricultural science and technology achievements transformation in our country. Using this system, this paper evaluates the performances of the agricultural science and technology achievements transformation fund projects from 2006 to 2010 throughout the country, and gives some useful suggestions and countermeasures, such as improving the police setting, optimizing the support area and scope, expanding the support ways and increasing the service efficiency
