Abstract:Stem cell industry has become one of the most active and promising emerging industries because of its significant social benefit and market prospect.Many countries have deregulated their policy restrictions and invested huge amounts of funds in the field to positively promote the stem cell technology research & development,and industrialization process.According to the industrialization characteristics of stem cell technology,this paper designs the evaluation index system for industrialization potential of stem cell technology,establishes moreover the evaluation model based on Rough Set theory,and finally carries on the empirical research to the stem cell clinical technologies for 11 different diseases which are believed to have obvious application values.The research aims at identifying the specific stem cell technologies with huge industrialization potential,providing decision-making reference for government in making national focal programs,supporting to form policies in stem cell industry,and giving methodological guidance for stem cell enterprises to select technical projects and take breaking innovation through superior resource integration.
