The ROI Analysis of Cloud Computing Informationization of Firms

Abstract：This study presents a overall ROI framework of cloud computing. The proposed model not only considering the cost related with technical issues,but also the value and risks in business. This study can help firms to deeply understand the nature of this new technology and provides firms with a more accurate decision support and analysis tool in the application of cloud computing.
