Abstract:This paper takes technicians and managers of several SMEs in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as the empirical research sample.The study confirms that market positioning and organizational changing capability partially play roles of intermediary of the effect of resources sufficiency and organizational independence on disruptive innovation performance of SMEs.Based on the empirical findings,this paper explains the reason mediating role is not significant.This study extends the existing research on the relationship between organizational factors and provides references for managers to practice disruptive innovation
