Abstract:Based on the structural equation model,the paper analyzes the relation ship between firm resources,dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage of traditional Chinese medicine firms by using the data of 2009 to 2011.The results show that dynamic capabilities play a role of intermediary in the impact of firm resources and competitive advantage.The effect of dynamic capabilities to competitive advantage is greater than the one of firm resources.This study can improve dynamic capabilities to obtain competitive advantage for the traditional Chinese medicine firms
