Abstract:In order to analyze the relationship between high-tech enterprise knowledge worker psychological contract and individual performance,the paper sets a theoretical model.Samples for empirical research are development department staff and technical department staff in high-tech enterprise.Study results show that specification responsibility,development responsibility and interpersonal responsibility of psychological contract exist positive correlation.At the same time,the knowledge employees' psychological contract has influence to the formation of psychological capital.In the knowledge employees' psychological contract and performance relationship psychological capital plays mediation role
