Colorful First Pot of Gold:Analysis on the Path of Opportunity Choice Based on the Perspective of Entrepreneurs Ethics

Abstract:The color of the first pot of gold is directed by the integration of entrepreneurship and ethics.Based on the angel of entrepreneurs ethics this paper proposes a framework including two dimensions representing “means-ends” relationship.Through analyzing the cases in China,it finds that there are cyclical path and development path for entrepreneurs during the process of choosing opportunity.This paper suggests that the first pot of gold is colorful and the greening is an important trend
