Abstract：Since 2005,the Japanese new“Patent Law”had implemented encouraging mechanism of service invention for employee.The encouraging of Japanese service invention system is the employee's enthusiasm for innovation and through technology research and development to let the intellectual achievements match the market.This article has comprehensive survey in both mental stimulation of define ownership and material incentives of reward allocation.Analysis the effect of encouraging mechanism of Japanese service invention and given the suggestions about our encouraging mechanism of service invention
