TMT Reflexivity Evolution and Product Innovation Performance in Science and Technology Enterprises:The Case Analysis of Apple Corp

Abstract:This paper,taking Apple Corp as an example,used the method of case analysis to study the effects of TMT reflexivity evolution in science and technology enterprises on product innovation performance.The results show that:TMT reflexivity in science and technology enterprises changes with the internal and external environments,presenting a complex evolution;TMT reflexivity evolution in science and technology enterprises has important influence on product innovation performance,and TMT cognitive reflexivity affects product innovation strategy in science and technology enterprises,while emotional reflexivity affects the life cycle of innovative product;TMT cognitive reflexivity interacts with emotional reflexivity in science and technology enterprises,and they affect product innovation performance together.
