Study on Industrial Structure Upgrade and Its Influencing Factors —— Based on Data of Xinjiang Province

Abstract：From 1978 to 2000,Xinjiang industrial structure had upgraded as Left-handed mode,in order of primary industry,tertiary industry,secondary industry.After 2000,deepening with the industrialization,the right-handed mode becomes more obvious in Xinjiang industrial structure upgrading:secondary industry expands rapidly and takes the main part.Urbanization development,the investment supply,hi-tech innovation capacity and industrial policy are the main factors.The key factor to upgrading is to adjust the unreasonable employment structure.The factors of regional economic extroversion and the quality of labor force do little to industrial structure upgrading in Xinjiang.
