Abstract：This paper analyzes the impact of financial development and independent research to the accumulation of knowledge about different quantile distribution location.Study finds that simple financial development or independent research does not significantly affect the accumulation of knowledge in most sites.But the joint effect of financial development and independent research have a significant effect on the accumulation of knowledge of high-end quantile sites and financial development is beneficial to the effect of independent research to accumulation of knowledge.With the development of financial development,the main effect of independent research on accumulation of knowledge is rising,and the scales of main effect in different sites are different,but the difference is no statistically significant.
