Measurement of Energy's Embodied Flow in Export Trade andInstitutional Factor Analysis

Abstract：A new measuring method is proposed in this paper to measure the scale and intensity of energy's embodied flow in export based on the data,from 2001 to 2010,of assorted China's industries.Through econometric analysis,this paper probes the impacts institutions which regulate production factors' distortion upon the intensity of energy's embodied flow in export,and it is demonstrated that the former can effectively overpower the latter;what's more,the inhibitory effect tends to be more apparent in more serious-distorted industries and more embodied flow-intensified ones.Respectively,in low-liquidity industries,the institutions that regulate capital distortion have more evident inhibitory effect;while in high-liquidity industries,the institutions that regulate labor distortion have more evident inhibitory effect.
