Product Category Rule-Making System for Product Environmental Footprint Labeling

Abstract：Product category rules making is the first process for international industry to establish product environmental labeling,but China is significantly behind Europe and America in the development and application of the product category rules,which is not conducive to green product evaluation.Based on the analysis of the progress in the research and practice of product category rules,this paper preliminarily designed product category rules system in China,and proposed the policy regime to accelerate product category rules making and applications.
