Abstract：The industry-university-research cooperation in colleges and universities is an important way to promote the organic combination of higher education and technology,economy and culture,and to support innovative nation-building.This paper analyses order parameter and self-organization of Synergetics,from multiple dimensions including knowledge synergy and value-added,resource sharing and coupling of collaborative innovation,conducts a research on collaboration and operation mechanism,to explore the realization path of various innovative main bodies’knowledge synergy,optimal synchronization behavior and optimal allocation of resources,and to promote the deep integration of the industry-university-research cooperation.The final goal is to provide theoretical support and policy advice for breaking the bottleneck of collaborative innovation.
