外向经济中资源诅咒与经济地位变化——对阿拉伯世界1968—2011年间数据的观察分析

摘要本文以阿拉伯国家为例对其1968—2011年数据进行观察,并利用洛伦兹曲线着重分析了资源诅咒在长期外向经济中出现后对国家经济地位变化的影响,指出一国依赖资源发展经济时即便资源经济增长效应尚在,其经济地位也会随资源诅咒效应长期缓慢的影响出现下降,此时对群体而言其效果相当于拉平了群体间差距。分析结果显示,没有必要因惧怕资源诅咒放弃利用自然资源优势发展经济,但应在资源拉动效应尚在时及早发展其他产业。

Abstract：Taking Arabic countries as an example,the paper analyzed theirs data from 1968 to 2011 and used Lorenz curve to analyze the influence of resources curse on export-oriented economy in the long run.It considered that economic status was down by the slow but effective influence of resources curse and its real effect was narrowing the gap of individual countries in the same group.It means that it is not necessary to give up economic growth by using resources,but it is necessary to develop multi-industry structure as soon as possible.
