Abstract：It's a key and also a bottleneck issue in implementing intellectual property strategy to improve coordination mechanism and carry out scientific management so that we can ensure operation efficiency.In addition to the establishment and perfection of the intellectual property system,how to play the part of coordination mechanism remains China's Achilles' heel in enforcing the system.It's an imminent task to further enhance the management and coordination capacities by integrating resources.We should design China's coordination mechanism of intellectual property management from a strategically advantageous position.With the help of innovating administration modes,the mechanism should be based on lawful administration and be guaranteed by taking the initiative and dedicate planning.
