Abstract：As an important part of urban risk early warning work,risk identification is fundamental link in the earlier stage.Based on the idea of smart city and guided by the urban risk management theory,the paper gives a systematic analysis of various inducing factors affecting urban risk,proposes a four dimensional pyramid analysis framework for the sources of urban risk:ecology,resource,economy and social organization.Combined with the practical experience of Smart Beijing's construction,the paper builds the urban risk identification system from the perspective of smart city to provide a theoretical reference to the construction of smarter cities in China.
