Abstract:In order to construct business model innovation path from the perspective of products,this paper took consumer electronic products as the breakthrough point on the basis of the research at home and abroad.Through the case analysis of the iPod in Apple Inc.,we described its business model innovation process and effect in detail.This paper not only expanded the business model innovation theory foundation,but also provided strategies implications for the development of consumer electronic enterprises in China.
