Abstract:This paper establishes the evaluation model of innovative city based on genetic algorithm and support vector machine (that is GA-SVM).The evaluation data are preprocessed,and then it constructs the index system,and carries on the empirical research of innovative city in China.This method of GA-SVM avoids random selection of parameters when we establish the innovative city evaluation mode.This paper compared the prediction value with real value of training data,and verified the accuracy of test results.The results show that the evaluation of our innovation oriented-city is satisfactory.Finally,the paper analyzes the results of innovative city evaluation and suggestions are put forward.
