Abstract:According to the Synergy theory of complex system,the paper built a collaborative degree model between high-tech industry and technology innovation system,and empirically analyzed the degree between the high-end of high-tech industries and technology innovation by using the data of 2000—2012.The results show that the collaborative degree between high-end of high-tech industries and product innovation is more greater than that between the high-end of high-tech industry and process innovation.In order to improve the collaborative degree of complex systems,some effective measures should be taken,such as using technological innovation to enhance the high-tech industry to high-end,encouraging high-tech enterprises implement the strategy of product innovation,perfecting integrated and incentives mechanisms of technological innovation
