Abstract：By using value change of each indicator to determine their weights,this paper constructed the evaluation model of environmental technology innovation capability of Chinese manufacturing based on indicator value change,and evaluated the level of environmental technology innovation capability of 13 kinds of typical manufacturing in 2010.The results show that the environmental technology innovation capability of 3 industries are greater,which are Manufacture of Communication Equipment,Computers and Other Electronic Equipment,Manufacture of Transport Equipment,Smelting and Pressing of Ferrous Metals
