Abstract:Based on the data of the Shaanxi National High-tech Industrial Zones from 1998 to 2009,the lagged effects about the R&D input to gross value of the product has been studied by using the IRF and Variance Decomposition when the current input cant interpret effectively the causes of the Sci-tech Parks growth.Some proposals are put forward
