Abstract:This paper selected a new path of “technology input→technological achievement→economic growth” based on traditional product function to measure the level of technology transfer.Through the panel data model,the contribution rate of technology input to economic growth(γ)was firstly calculated,then the elasticity of technology input transfer into technological achievements(σ) and the technological achievements to economic growth(η)were respectively estimated,and finally the level of technology transfer(σ·η/γ)was concluded.The empirical results show that technology inputs contribution to technological achievements is bigger,but the technological achievementss contribution to the economic growth is not high,the level of Chinas technology tranfer is low.It suggests that When Chinese government increases technology input and optimizes the structure of investment in science and technology,they should pay more attention to improve the level of technological achievements transfer into productivity at the same time
