Abstract:Through the questionnaire survey,this paper discussed the relationships among authentic leadership,perceived organizational support(POS)and engagement of the new generation of R&D personnel.The results show that:authentic leadership has a positive correlation with engagement;all the dimensions of authentic leadership have a significant positive correlation with the dimensions of POS;all the dimensions of POS have a significant positive correlation with the dimensions of engagement;POS plays a mediating role between authentic leadership and engagement
