Management Practice of Colleges towards the National Science and Technology Major Project:Taking ‘The New Generation of Broadband Wireless Mobile Communication Networks in Tsinghua University as an Example

Abstract：This article first states the position of colleges in implementing the National Science and Technology Major Project,and then discusses the key challenges for colleges to take on the task of the Major Project.Taking‘the new generation of broadband wireless mobile communication networks as an example,based on the exploratory practice of Tsinghua University,this article argues that while holding a leading role in knowledge innovation,colleges should innovate the scientific research management,so as to adapt to features of National Science and Technology Major Project,and promote the establishment of a steady and sustainable structure of collaborative innovation among production,research,development and applications
