Abstract：Through the selection of input and output index of electric power industry technology innovation,this paper uses the BC2 model of DEA method,sets up evaluation system of technology innovation efficiency of electric power industry,introduces the relevant data of China electric power industry from 2000 to 2012.It analyses and evaluates technology innovation efficiency of electric power industry.The results show that in recent ten years,pure technical efficiency of China electric power industry improved rapidly,but scale efficiency,and the efficiency of research personnel and fund need to be further improved
