Abstract：Based on the ESDA method and the panel data of 31provinces,this paper explored the feature linkage and the spatial correlation among the per-capita high-tech industry gross output from 2001 to 2011.We find that there exists global spatial autocorrelation all over the country.At the same time,the local spatial correlation is gradually being shown.Through empirical analysis of special econometric model panel.it finds that the spatial spillover effect is important to the regional high-tech industry growth.However,the spatial spillover effect among regions will gradually vanish as the distance between regions increase
