Abstract:This study is based on the spatial fitting by ecological environment fragility differentiation of Chinas land territory space and its major coal mining area,which determines the environmental vulnerability of major coal bases throughout the territory spatial extent of China.It reveals the different types of environmental constraint factors that related to coal bases.In the conclusion,we propose the green mining measures and future regulatory policy for different ecological constraint types of coal production bases
