Abstract:This paper tests the influential mechanism of team innovative behavior and standardized work practices on team performance with a sample of 242 R&D teams.The conclusion suggests that team innovative behavior and standardized work practices are all beneficial to team performance.Meanwhile,knowledge management has a mediating role between team innovative behavior,standardized work practices and team performance respectively
