Abstract:This paper used Kenya mobile payment industry as a case to discuss inclusive innovation in developing countries.M-PESA in Kenya proves that it is possible to provide a convenient payment network at an acceptable cost for the customers with the help of emerging technologies.In order to achieve sufficient market scale,we should solve two tough problems that are ‘reverse network effect’ problem and ‘trust’ problem.The success of inclusive innovation has three necessary conditions:Favorable policy environment;concise market position;strong strategy implementation ability
