Abstract:Beginning with the theory of disruptive innovation concept definition,the paper researches the emerging technology commercialization process by using Apple Inc.as an example.The study finds that destructive innovation strategy has been successfully embedded in the process of Apple's development.By excavating potential consumer groups,innovation value proposition,resetting value chain,improving the profit protection mechanism,setting up a new customer value structure,Apple lnc.finally succeeds to subvert the mainstream market
