Abstract:Based on technology acceptance model(TAM),an experimental study was conducted to explore the influence of modular design on users' adoption intention on green building's life cycle cost(LCC)technology by taking LCC measuring system as an example.The result reveals that the modular design has positive influence on users' adoption intention on green building's LCC technology,and the influencing mechanism is consisted with direct and indirect functions.That's to say,modular design not only exerts positive influence on adoption intention directly,at the same time through the users' perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and perceived risk perception as incompletely mediator.This not only enriches the theory of service modular and technology acceptance,but also provides a new angle to overcome the users' adoption of green building technology
