Abstract：This paper makes an empirical analysis by stochastic frontier method.The conclusion is as follows.From a national perspective,diversity spillover of high-tech industry can promote innovation efficiency obviously,but the influence of specialization spillover is not obvious.From the perspective of different regions,the empirical results are quite different:diversity spillover of eastern regions can promote innovation efficiency effectively,but specialization spillover of central regions hinders innovation efficiency;specialization spillover of western regions can promote innovation efficiency effectively
