Abstract：This paper analyzed the cooperation of enterprises in a business ecosystem by using the symbiosis theory.The grey correlation analysis model whose main parameters was sales income was established.This model was used to analyze the business ecosystem of Toyota.The conclusion indicates the symmetry mutualisms among the production enterprises in the business ecosystem of Toyota.However,the degrees of the symbiosis are different.Meanwhile,the symmetry mutualisms and the asymmetry mutualisms shows the coexistence.It also indicates that the enterprises in the business ecosystem are independent legal entities which are pursuing individual economic interest.The features of the cooperation are co-creation and sharing values reasonably.It is hard to maintain the cooperation with zero and unequal benefit
