Ambidextrous Leadership Style,Organizational Flexibility and Organizational Creativity

Abstract:This paper focuses on the impacts of different leadership styles on organizational creativity,analyzes the moderated effect of organizational flexibility,and proposes theoretical hypotheses on the basis of the related literature.It does an empirical test with the help of SPSS17.0 by using the data gathered through a survey of 251 enterprises in Xi'an High-tech Park.The results show that the relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational creativity shows a reversed U-shape.Transactional leadership style can help to promote organizational creativity.The organizational flexibility's moderated effect is confirmed
