R&D Funds Model and Its Enlightenment of Innovation-Oriented Countries

Abstract：Based on OECD statistical data,the paper summarizes the typical innovation-oriented countries in the R&D scale,intensity,variation characteristics of source structure and distribution structure.Based on the analysis of the current R&D funds model of China and compared with the typical innovative countries,it finds that the current R&D input-intensity is low and the structure is irrational,especially the government funds accounting for a low R&D problems.And then it puts forward relevant policy suggestions to increase investment and improve the investment structure of R&D
