Abstract:It aims to evaluate the technological innovation capacity of China's high-tech industries by the DEA and empirical data.Result shows that the input and output capacity of China's high-tech industries has been increasing continually from the vertical dimension of time.However,based on the horizontal comparison of industries,there exists a significant feature of industry concentration in input and output and industrial differences in innovation efficiency .What's worse,the dilemma of redundant input and insufficient output has been found in some industries
