Abstract：In Chinese high-tech industry,the enterprise-scale structure has evolved from concentration to polarization recently.The paper analyzed the motivation of evolution with Sys_GMM model and compared the regression results of two sets of data from 1995 to 2002 and from 2003 to 2010.And then it testified the influence of efficiency,government preference,division,market absorption and informationization.But entry barrier and foreign investment weren't proved
