The Status,Problems and Solutions of the Industry-University-Research Construction of Collaborative Innovation in Hunan Based on Analysis of the Questionnaire

Abstract：A survey of 222 enterprises,26 universities and colleges,43 institutes,24 financial institutions and 28 technology intermediary service institutions in Hunan Province was carried out.This study indicates that in Hunan industry-university-research construction of synergistic innovation policy system is continuous improving and collaborative innovation patterns are diversified,R&D investment is growing steadily and collaborative innovation ability strengthens constantly.But there is some problems:lack of impetus for research collaborative innovation,short service capabilities of science and technology intermediary service organizations,the weakness of the scientific research marketization and imperfect of research collaborative innovation mechanism.Therefore,some measures should be taken:increasing the support,optimizing external environment,accelerating the establishment of public information platform,perfecting the intermediary service system,and improving the investment and financing mechanism.
