Abstract：The government purchases of public scientific research services is the important content of the reform of scientific research management,is the innovation of scientific research project management mode,which carries a new idea of government management.This paper,taking the government purchases of public scientific research services as the object of study,analyzes the concept and advantages of government purchase of public scientific research service.It builds the system framework of the government purchases of public scientific research services,and puts forward strategies and suggestions in China.
