Abstract:This study reviews the research context of organizational innovation connotation and its elements.Based on this,ten innovative elements of organizational innovation are systematically summarized,and four dimensions of strategy-oriented,structure-oriented,institution-oriented and culture-oriented organizational innovation are further theoretically generalized.Based on data from high-tech manufacturing enterprises,four divided dimensions of organizational innovation are empirically tested by using the method of CFA model.
